We have decided to delay work reveals by one week to ensure we have enough time to get everyone a gift. The new reveal date is July 27th, 11:59PM EDT.

What happens next?
We'll be working our way through approving assignments and defaulting participants who haven't requested an extension or submitted a completed work. After this, we'll be posting our post-deadline pinch hits for claiming. We expect this all to happen in the next 24 hours.

Please make sure your work is not in draft. If it is, we will consider you as defaulted.

If you have changed your username since assignments went out and haven't informed us, please do so as soon as possible via rarepairexmod@gmail.com

But I don't have a gift!
There are plenty of people who currently have extensions. However, you're welcome to reach out to us via rarepairexmod@gmail.com to confirm.

If you need an extension, please reach out at rarepairexmod@gmail.com, with your AO3 username and the username of your recipient before 11:59PM EDT July 13. We are offering up to 72-hour extensions. Once the deadline has passed, we will default anyone who hasn't submitted their assignment and has no extension. A 'Post Deadline Pinch Hit' list will be posted shortly after.

We still have a number of pinch hits remaining! To claim a pinch hit, reply to that post (comments are screened) or email rarepairexmod@gmail.com with your AO3 username and the pinch hit number you'd like to claim. While anon comments are on, please remember that you won't be able to see our reply. The minimum requirements are either a 1,000 word fic or a piece of clean lineart on unlined paper.

We're only allowing a person to claim one pinch hit at a time, so if you already have one, please submit that assignment before trying to claim another.
