Hi! This is covered in our sign-ups post. It sounds like you've come across the AO3 bug where the ship doesn't appear in the drop-down.
We recommend copying the ship from the tagset and pasting it into the box (be sure to press enter afterwards). AO3 should accept it and you'll be able to submit your sign-up.
