Rare Pair Exchange

Hi! Thanks for your question. The eligibility of nominating a v-shaped poly ship is based on both ships involved, so A/B and B/C would need to meet the criteria of the exchange to be accepted. (We would assume A/B/C is already eligible for the exchange for it to be nominated.)
