Is filtering ever considered based on how many works there are for the ship that are only tagged with the nominated fandom?
I have a couple of rarer fandoms that have had more famous adaptations. These adaptations are incompatible with the rarer versions (different settings and time periods, plot beats, character names, character appearances, etc.) but a lot of fans of the adaptations tag for every version of the canon. The ships I'd hope to nominate are under the eligibility limit if you're only counting works tagged with the version of canon I'm looking to nominate, but over if you're just filtering by ship tag. Would those be in or out?
