A few important notes:

We will review sign-ups over the next few days. We may need to reach out to you in case we have any questions, so please make sure your AO3 account's email is the correct one.

This exchange has a mandatory commenting rule, so if you didn't comment on your gift from the last round by April 15th, your sign-up will be removed. We checked via the username you signed up with last round. If you commented under another pseud, please reach out to us immediately.

If you have a half finished sign-up, please make sure that you complete it before sign-ups close because you will not be able to edit! We will not be accepting requests to edit sign-ups once they close. This also includes adding any 'Dear Creator' letter links. Please make sure your sign-up includes everything, especially your do not wants (DNWs). We will only be abiding by the DNWs in your sign-up (not your letter) in the instance of a violation, so please double-check that these are included and clear.

If you have written a Dear Creator letter, please make sure it is unlocked by the time assignments go out so your creator has more information to go off of when creating your fanwork. Creators will be free to use the information in your sign-up if your letter is not available for them to use (and they'll be able to use this information even if your letter is available, so please be mindful of what you include and exclude in your optional details).

Please only request ships using the fandom they are listed under in the tagset. There seems to be a glitch that allows users to add ships under a fandom they weren't nominated under. We suspect this is likely due to wandering tags during the nomination process. We ask that you only use the tags related to your requested/offered fandom. We will do our best to catch sign-ups that have selected relationships under the wrong fandom tags, but please ensure you are following the exchange rules and requesting ships that were approved within that fandom.

We will be accepting do not match requests up until sign-ups close, so if you do not wish to be matched to a participant, please email us. Check out the sign-ups announcement for details on do not match requests.
