I took a glace at the tagset and it seems that this is the proper formation of those tags:
Mèng Yáo | Jīn Guāngyáo/Mò Xuányǔ (Módào Zǔshī)
Meng Yao | Jin Guangyao/Mo Xuanyu/Xue Yang | Xue Chengmei (Modao Zushi)
It is possible you just missed the piping, which is why AO3 didn't recognize the ship. If you have any further issues, please let us know. :)
